Our
Staff

At Cherry
Lane Child Care & Learning Center, our highly qualified staff is trained to
assess each child’s development within this format and is committed to
working in partnership with each family to enrich the lives of children and
encourage them to realize their full potential.
All staff
members possess training in CPR and First Aid, and maintain a minimum of
8-12 clock hours of training per year in primary areas of study.

Administration & Management
 |
The Center
and Deputy Director assume responsibility for the daily operation of the
center.
Classrooms
are managed by individual teachers, with the concurrence of the Education
Coordinator.
The
Assistant Education Coordinator and/or the Operations Assistant takes
responsibility for supervising the building when a Director or the Education
Coordinator are not present. |
